Introduction

Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharma) is a four-year undergraduate program in which students study the methods and process of preparing drugs and how does the dispensing of medicine and drugs take place. Anyone who aspires to be a pharmacist today, it is mandatory for them to undertake this course so that they have thorough and in-depth knowledge of the science of the medicine.

Pharmacy is an ever green profession and jobs are in plenty. Pharmacy deals with medicines and health system comprises Doctors, Pharmacist and Nurses. Pharmacist covers all aspect of Medicine, Manufacture, marketing, distribution, Quality control, Quality assurance, Raw material manufacture, Export, Finished Formulation manufacture, Research of New Medicines in Teaching, Clinical Research etc. are the areas where a pharmacist gets a job after education. Established in the year 2004 with a goal to impart quality education, Sri Sai College of Pharmacy (SSCP) is equipped with the best infrastructure to prepare students to become successful professionals. With an upsurge in employment markets in the Pharma sector in Northern India, SSCP aims at catering to the aspirations of the industry. Interactive sessions with professionals, industrial visits, freedom to do research work and round the clock internet and library facility help students reach their destinations effectively. To achieve this mission, the students are being inculcated with a strong foundation of knowledge essential to the pharmacy profession. The regulatory body for the program is Pharmacy Council of India (PCI), which is responsible for laying down all norms and regulations for the B.Pharma course.
